Round 1 Architect / General Contractor Interviews Completed

Last week the Building Committee completed the last of its Round 1 interviews with 4 architectural firms and 3 general contractors.  The BC is now assessing the outcome of these interviews to determine which of these firms will be invited back for a second interview in October.  Our goal is to complete all interviews and recommend to Leadership Council the firms to be engaged by CUMC for the design of our new facility by Thanksgiving.

South Middleton Township Planning Commission Approves Subdivision Plan

At its September 20, 2016 meeting, the South Middleton Township Planning Commission unanimously (one abstention) approved the Smith Farm – CUMC Subdivision Plan with the requirement that we add the emergency access easement arranged with Jeff Smith to the drawings.  We next head to the South Middleton Township Supervisors on October 13 to seek their approval.
